Hey, it was a good plan! What do I look like, a wedding coordinator? ;-)

Rave made the difference. Laar, Jem and I were debating how to best attract
others there looking for the ASSCon when Rave came and introduced himself. Of
course, what he really noticed was Jem sitting with a couple of duds, but as
long as it works, what the hell. Which is when Edgewise and Jeff decided we
must be the computer geeks of the crowd and introduced themselves.

Y'know, I found the same damned thing. Three out of 4 dancers got one chance
with me because of the distinclty non-sensual dancing. I figured they were
new to the game, but one had been at it, she claimed, for a year and a half.
#4, whose name - I think - was Lynnette, was much more in tune with my
preferences. Deja was the best of the first three.

The JR Carrington show is the best feature show I've ever seen. Definitely
held my attention.

Ya left out Dr. Maz, Rave.

              DF's own take on things:

I had originally thought about club hopping, but Crazy Horse was so much fun
that I never got around to suggesting a hop and neither did anyone else, as
least that I recall. Aside from the Carrington show, the stage highlights
for me were the bachelor who was virtually, well, let's just say his fiance
wouldn't want to know; and the female customer who got some pretty amazing
stage mileage at her seat, then got pulled on stage and was soon missing her
top. And she had equipment to compete with the dancers, too. She was going
at it with several dancers, including making out on stage. You can't plan
that sort of thing.

Dara Lynn also had some stage side fun. A dancer or two provided stage
mileage for her, despite her SECOND ROW seat. Dara's, shall we say,
familiarity with some of the CH contractors came in fairly handy when it came
to introductions. Thanks, Dara!

It wasn't as big as the Vegas asscons, or the SF asscons of years gone by,
but it seemed that a good time was had by all. I know I had fun.

See y'all next year.
